The Hope Street Group this week released its “Health Care Agenda for an Opportunity Economy,” a core set of reform principles developed by its Bipartisan Working group. The Mayo Clinic Health Policy Center participated with Hope Street Group in developing these principles, which were sent in a letter to President Obama.
As Jeff Korsmo, executive director of the Mayo Clinic Health Policy Center points out, the challenge of health care reform is getting all stakeholders to the table to collaborate on the direction of health care reform. The effort of the Mayo Clinic Health Policy Center and the Hope Street Group to bring diverse groups together will be critical in moving health care reform forward.
